Dr. Jae Kim

Dr. Jae Kim was born in Seoul, Korea. When he was 10 years old, he moved to Los Angeles, CA, where he grew up. After high school, he attended University of Toronto in Canada, where he studied Engineering Science and specialized in Biomedical Engineering. Between college and dental school, he worked at an engineering firm designing medical devices for about two years. He then decided to go back to school for a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Kim then moved to New York City where he attended the New York University College of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). He was in top 1% throughout 4 years of dental school and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honor Society. He loved to design smiles that he trained for an additional three years to receive his Masters of Science degree in orthodontics at University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
